A gentle strip that keeps your lips sealed through the night and puts your nose back in charge. 30 pieces — one month.
At night your mouth falls open on its own — and then you breathe through it. The air arrives unfiltered and unhumidified, your throat dries out, and your partner hears the snoring. Mouth tape stops that in the simplest way possible: it gently holds your lips closed so your nose takes over.
The strip is made from flexible woven fabric that breathes on both sides and moves with your skin, so it never pulls. The adhesive is hypoallergenic and latex free — it holds all night and comes off painlessly in the morning. A central vent leaves a path for air if you suddenly need it.
The adhesive layer is tuned to hold on stubble without tearing at it. One size — 76 × 38 mm — fits all adults.
The first two or three nights feel unusual — that is normal. Most people adapt within a week, and notice the difference after the very first morning: no dry mouth, no sore throat.
Do not use if you have trouble breathing through your nose, have a cold or sinus infection, have serious heart or breathing conditions, or after alcohol or sedatives. If you have sleep apnea, talk to your doctor first.
Before bed, make sure the skin around your mouth is clean and dry.
Peel off the backing and apply the strip over your lips, tucking them in slightly.
In the morning, remove it slowly from one edge. Repeat every night.
